Cookies are small files stored on a user's device. They can keep a session, remember a preference or measure how a page is used.

We use cookies and local storage strictly needed for authentication, security, language, session, active-business selection and saving cookie preferences. Without them, Karu cannot work correctly.

They are not used for behavioural advertising.

On public marketing pages, we use Vercel Analytics for aggregated anonymous page counts without cookies. Private product routes are excluded from this measurement.

With permission, we also use PostHog to understand which product flows are used and where they can improve. This measurement does not include recipes, invoices, ingredients, prices, costs, margins or other operational business content.

You can choose essential cookies only or allow usage measurement. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time through the “Manage preferences” control available on the site.

Withdrawing permission does not affect strictly necessary cookies.

Authentication is provided by Clerk. Anonymous public-page counts are provided by Vercel Analytics and optional product measurement by PostHog. These providers may process technical usage data under their applicable agreements and privacy policies.
